There are no refunds on our customized infused energy stones since each stone is custom created for each individual client's needs and desires. All sales are final. We offer in person cash and carry service or COD payment on delivery so that you are able to see and hold your custom crystal before finalizing the purchase. We do not accept credit cards. Delivery charges will vary by city, state, and crystal size and weight.
